That's like a 4-38 screw? been out of production for 40 years? (Got that info from a FB post a few weeks ago)
Not saying this is the best thing to do......
Drill it out and tap it for whatever you can find that will work, IF you cannot come up with the right one.

Jim Petty has this. It's the "jacking screw". Jim sells it complete with the screw that threads into it for $25. www.jp2creations.com

It's actually a 40 thread. I'm about two seconds from making my own. This one belongs to a friend.

I'll check it out. I didn't realize this guy was still doing it. Last time I checked his site, everything was sold out.
