I don't have a clue whether-or-not anyone could use these... so I'm operating under the assumption that it never hurts to ask!
I got these several months ago in with a bunch of 60s and 70s Rogers drums and hardware, most of which is long gone. However, I ran across these the other day while going through some stuff...
12", 13", and 16" used "Rogers USA" heads. Dirty, but usable. Not beat up real bad. The 16 has duct tape residue.
Anyone need them for a restore project?

For those that might be discouraged because of the stick marks, tape residue and dirt.
Soak them in Oxy-clean and then lightly and evenly use a Magic Eraser to remove any marks. Be careful not to remove any coating. You'd be surprised how much they'll actually whiten and clean up.
