Rogers 70s Memory Lock / Swan Leg Hi Hat Stand

From my understanding, these were made during a somewhat of a Rogers transitional period. Charlie Watts used this stand as seen in the attached photos. The stand works great. The original clutch is included. The only non original part is a wing screw at the hight adjustment for the tubes and a bolt missing on the very bottom of the stand where the pedal clamps to the tube. I haven't cleaned this stand up, so i'm sure she'll clean up nice.
