That looks like an early Fullerton. It has the second gen large Fullerton borderless tag. I'd guess around 70-71.
Earlier...late 69,...
thank you for help !!!
I also have Rogers Holiday from Fullerton with this serial number:
12" - 21714
16" - 21797
20" - 21749
Do you know what year of this drums ?
If you could post photos of the tags, that would help. Are they the same as above?
Sorry . It's photo of this set.

That borderless Fullerton 10800 tag would be 1969 (one of the first Fullerton Holiday tags after the move from Dayton). It's close enough in production that it could have been factory-shipped with the rest of your set. All your 217XX tags would be early 1970 Fullertons before the Holiday name was replaced by "Power Tone" in late 1970.

Powertone replaced Holiday IN '69 from what Ive heard several times.

According to the Rogers book, the borderless tags came after the ones with borders, so that is the second gen after the move. Also, It is my understanding Holiday changed to Powertone in or around 69...
super .. now I know ..... Thanks a lot
