Its not so much what you would have to pay for the kit, but the several hundred dollars to replace whats missing or rusted, or ....... broken.

But I'm interrested by the 18" floortom, and the seller only sell the whole kit…

He want me to give him a price, and I really don't have any idea.

I paid $200 the same powetone set, same color , same vintage. But my is 5 piece. I am wonder if the second rack tom on my set was not original and there was a a cymbal stand which attched to the second mount coming out of the bass drum. Does anyone know?

I just bought the same era/finish in 24, 14, 15, 18! You will love that 18! Mine are quite holy as it seems that someone switched from the swivomatic to the memrilock system when it came out, like the next year! Anyway, they do sound great, but need some help. Let me know if you want to get rid of that 24!

[COLOR="DarkRed"]I must admit, I am baffled.

I dunno where you guys were coming up with those lowball numbers...jeez...the 18" ALONE has a market value of $350 !!!!!

....if someone offered me under $500 for the whole kit...I swear I'd kick his #ss out my front door....

Also...the parts to replace ? What ?

Original Rogers Bass Hoop = $45

or

Generic new maple hoop = $25

Set of orginal Rogers bass claws and Rods = $100-120

or

Half a set of generic bass claws and rods = $20

Bottle of DAWN diswashing liquid and a pack of 0000 steel wool to remove rust and spiff up the chrome = $6

If I were being fair and came across that kit, I'd offer the seller $550...and I would feel a tiny bit guilty doing that, too...

The seller tell me that the drum has been sold around 380 USD.

I think it's not very expansive, I'm in France and Rogers drumkits are rare in my country.

Finally the seller prefear the "local pickup" rather to ship the drum for me.

Thanks for all the answers.
