Hi Folks,
Need your advice,...
Attached pictures are showing a selection of vintage drum stuff.
Notice the letters "***ERS usa" on the front head of the WMP bass drum on the left.
Is this what I think it is ?
Thanks
Judging by the metal bass drum hoops I'm goin with no. Someone who knows better I'm sure will chime in tho
YES IT IS.... a Rogers bass drum head. No Rogers drums in the pile.
Thanks guys,... a Rogers head that's for sure,... Walking !
What about the 13" tom and 14" floor with Club Date style lugs ?
Any idea ?
The "Cream Agate" set is interesting-all are MIJ's.
Judging by the hoops rims and badges the white silk looking double ended lug ft and tt could be gretsch playboys.
I agree no rogers in that pile but it is weird that it has a rogers drum head but then I have seen weirder is that a word?
Thanks for all the input folks,...
I've contacted the seller and he will hopefully get me more pics today.
Specifically asked him to send shots of the badges and the cream agate set.
The badge is unknown to me but I could swear those rims are die cast.
The snare seems to have the same lugs,...

Stedi,The drums are all 60's M.I.J. drums...No Rogers..The ones with the Club Date lugs could be a few names Revelle,Knox or U.S. Mercury these drums all had a big round badge on them..Iam going to say the drums are U.S. Mercury made by Star in the 60's the lugs ete makes me think that....Mikey
Yes-those possible U.S.Mercury's would have come from a period where some had cast rims.I believe, and Mikey could comment here too, that the cast rims were not made for too long. And unlike the pair I have, those seem to have nice chrome. It looks like the WMP's had clip mounts at one time. That's a nice little group of drums.
