Rogers R-380 snare drum, circa early 80’s. Very clean and all original, except for heads and new snare wires. The entire drum was taken apart for cleaning and the snare mechanism adjusted with the bottom head installed. The mechanism works great and is modeled after the Tama King Beat. In fact, the parts are interchangeable! I’m also including a second set of new aftermarket snare wires, which can be difficult to find.

Every R-380 I’ve seen has the label on the outside of the shell, just above the air vent grommet. For some odd reason, the R-380 label for this drum is on the INSIDE, but at least just above the grommet! How weird is that?!

Also, you gotta love the Rupps Drums stamp on the reso-side head!
