Rogers Red Onyx 14x14 Last viewed: 8 hours ago

I note with personal dismay that Rogers red onyx 14x14's are now approaching stratospheric pricing; $740 and hasn't broken reserve. The economy must be improving back home.

Of course, the matching 20" bass (very close serial number) can be had for just under $1000 there too, so maybe if you're patient and can find a tom later on, $2000-2400 for bass and floor is good.

Some knucklehead paid near 7 bills for this 14x14 SGR recently. Cleveland tag, B&B number, first gen beavertails, very old conversion. There are so few of these, they just don't grow in trees anymore. Oh yeah, that knucklehead be me.

That SGR is a very happy family member. Color was perfect, and matching ripple is always a risk.
