Rogers Shells You Don't Need? Last viewed: 3 hours ago

Loading...

HI!

So I have a HUGE pile of beaver tail lugs laying around and I was thinking about building a "custom" kit using them, but now Im thinking it might be cooler to find some old Rogers shells and put together an actual Rogers kit. Anyone got a shell pack already wrapped that they want to part with?

If not, maybe some wrap-less shells that I could re-wrap in some brand new turquoise glass? I guess Id dig any sizes really....one each 12 or 13, 14 or 16, 20/22/24. The smaller the better if Im going turquoise, but I can change the color to silver or blue and go bigger. I have two script badges as well so if they are missing badges its not a big deal. Id prefer that the bass drum is drilled for a "single tom" set up if possible...I already have two "Londoner 5" kits.

Let me know what you have!

As always, thanks!

Hi Adam, I have the following 1960,s Rogers Cleveland era shells: 9" x 13"

& 16" x 16". They are ready for rewrap in perfect condition, no extra holes, round perfect bearing edges. I also have the beavertail lugs, internal mufflers, collet plate, knobby plates, legs, script logos and hoops for both. Send e-mail for photos and info: [email protected]. Good luck with your project!!!

Unfortunately all I am still in need of for this project is a 14x20 with the single tom/cymbal arm set up. Dayton preferred, but Cleveland okay too. Im good on parts for the most....cough...part.

Thanks,

Adam

I can help you get this one. He will come down in price. I saw it in person. The only issue is the re-ring lifting you see in the third pic. Hoop is trash.
