Rogers Swiv-O-Matic Spurs with Mounts Last viewed: 3 hours ago

Loading...

I have a set of Rogers spurs and mounts for 20" bass drum. I'm not sure about the spurs being original though. Every other set I have seen has pointed tips, these have a threaded end. If anyone can offer some info, it would be much appreciated. I'm asking $75 + $5.20 for priority mail shipping.

Ebay listing (with pictures):

Edit: these are not spurs, but some type of cymbal stacker also made by Rogers. The mounts will be available separately.

Potsy, The spurs you have in the listing are not the right spur's..Just a question on the end with out the threads-" were you think the rubber feet screw in"-are the spurs threaded inside? If so Rogers made a Piggy Back tube that would screw on top of a tilter of a cymbal stand so you could put two cymbals on one stand..This is what i think the spurs are you have in the photo ....Mikey

Thanks Mike. No, they are not threaded inside, so they are not the cymbal attachment you're thinking of. They do have the little parts that stick out and keep the spur from retracting too far into the drum. So I do think these are spurs from something, but I guess they're not Rogers.

I don't know what screws on to the ends, but you could still slip on some rubber feet.

Oops, I looked again and yes, they are threaded on the inside (the threading just does not extend all the way to the end). So these probably are the cymbal stackers you were talking about.

If anyone is interested in these pieces by themselves, I will separate them. Actually, I'll probably change the ebay auction and sell the mounts by themselves.
