I'm thinking about selling these two Rogers Fulleton era drums. There are no extra holes. The wrap has slightly yellowed, but the seems are tight. If anyone is interested, please pm me for additional pictures, thanks.

Maybe I'm missing something, but he doesn't say anything about the floor tom, so I would say it is not included.
