Sea Green Pearl Banjo! Last viewed: 1 hour ago

Loading...

I saw this last night on Pawn Stars and fell out of my seat! It's a Slingerland 1930's May Bell banjo. Apparently not worth much ($500). What a beautiful instrument. Here are some not so good photos. I have seen Rose Pearl banjos but never sea green.

$500 is probably not all it's worth. If Rick bought it for the shop for only $500, he's going to sell it for $800-900.

Did they buy it? If yes call the store (ask for Chumlee :D) and buy that sucka~! Can't be many of those around and you've pretty much cornered the market on Sea Green pearl items. Good luck.

The owner didn't sale it, that was the appraisal from Jesse from cowtown guitars. He has a good bearing on vintage instruments.
