Just wondering if any of you has shipped a kit overseas recently? If so, what did you find to be the least expensive method to do so?

THANKS in advance for your time and your help!

I don't know how much it would be for a kit, but I recently sent a snare drum to the UK and it was $66 via USPS. It was a 5 x 14 in a smallish box. Maybe that will give you some idea.

Good luck.

What size's are the drums? How many drums? Were oversea's? if the bass drum is small 20" or 22" and the toms are 12,13,16 you can ship them in two box's.Put the floor tom inside the bass drum and the two mounted toms in another box shipping them by the post office would be the way to go..Fed-ex,UPS are alot more then the post office..Say if the drums are in the sizes i listed shipping them would be about 175.00 to 225.00.I just shipped a 3 piece set to England 20,12,16 in two boxes it was 175.00...Mikey
