Sling in a Ludwig Case? Last viewed: 19 hours ago

Loading...

Is there any reason a 5x14 Sling snare shouldn't fit in a Ludwig case that would normally hold a acrolite? I was trying to put a 60's 6 lug Slingerland snare I have in a 70's ludwig case tonight and it was not happening. Can someone please enlighten me?

Just to clarify, is the problem diameter or depth?

It seems to be the depth because it sets in there just as a acro would. Is the acro 5 or 5.5? Im not positive if this little 6 lug sling is 5 or 5.5 now.

Think the Slingy is 5.5. The Acro is 5.
