Could someone please tell me what the difference is in 1960's lugs vs 1070's. I have some but not sure from what era they originate. Thank you...

There are probably more differences, but, the mounting hole spacing is marginally different...you can usually make either work in the same holes with a little effort.
The earlier '60s ones have inserts that barely stick out...the later ones' inserts stick out further.
