I realize that this is probably a long shot but anybody happen to have an extra 24" Slingy bass drum hoop? I'm waiting to hear from a gentleman locally but his current asking price is somewhat ridiculous.

I have a couple of 24" hoop sanded down from a Rogers kit if you're interested.

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....
