Slingerland 3 point Last viewed: 3 hours ago

I would probably have better luck looking for Bigfoot, But I'm looking for an older 40's-50's 3 point strainer...or any year 3 point that would fit radio king holes that wont break the bank. I'm trying to bring life back into an old radio king I found.

Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks,

Rodney

Which one do you need? The metal tab one or a standard one?

Thanks!

Hey Adam,

Forgive my lack of knowledge, the one I'm looking for is like the one repaired in this thread.

The 7x14 I have actually has the clam shell butt and throw off, but also have holes for the 3 point strainer...I'm not looking to make this a showroom piece, but something playable.

Here is mine

Thanks in advance!

Can you or do you know someone who can weld?

Mine has the part that the adjustment knob attaches through broken off. It could be welded back in place and then it would work fine. I think mine is 60's....and the 3pt parts are a little bent, but could easily be bent back....and with a welder you could have a nice working piece. The only thing is mine is the metal tab version....not sure if thats something you are into or not. I do have the metal tabs tho...

Let me know if you are interested in a little project. Ill let it go cheap.

Thanks,

Adam
