Can anyone tell me about what year and the value of this Slingerland kick is?

It's a 14x20, it has the Pearl type mount with Slingerland on it and the owner says it has re-rings and the interior has a dark texture, thanks.

The seller said it had rr-rings and interior had dark texture.

To me that looks like a late 70's Black and Silver Niles Badge. The matte ones that faded more then previous badges. It also looks like original maple finish that has peeled with the interiors painted black. Does look like the 3 ply re-ring versus the 5ply but I could be wrong. That would be my guess based on the pics though.

everything about it except the tom mount and the hoops says 70's Slingerland

....looks like it would make a nice restoration project
