Your limited description leads me to speculate that this could be a faded/discolored example of Pink Strata or Oyster pearl with which Slingerland and Slinger/Leedy wrapped some drums in the mid sixties even though it may have never been in a catalog. I have seen a few of these sets. The Pink Strata/Oyster can "brown up" much like WMP yellows. I would love to see any pictures that you can supply. Hell.....my perverse tastes in vintage drums might even have me lusting for these drums. My mid 60's Rogers set did fade. But, because they were not toured with, they did not "brown up".

That is a 10x14 on a RIMS cradle. I found the 9x13 and 10x14 on the 14x22 bass drum to be overkill. The 14 on a cradle behind the 16x16 worked out very well. I used the Swivo holder on the tom for various purposes. At times, it held a splash cymbal arm. At other times, it held a mounting arm for a Rogers stick tray. I even tried it for a place to mount a cowbell. This cradle is the only purpose for which I would ever use a RIMS type mount. I'm old fashioned about wanting mounted toms to be mounted on the bass drum, and floor toms on legs. I don't like flying toms off of cymbal stands or on floor stands. I also am not at all fond of racks for toms and cymbals.
