Are you referring to the very top piece that the T bolt screws into? If that's it, I've got one. There's chrome flaking on it and it's missing the T bolt, but all threads are fine.

Thanks, but no.

It's a roughly 1.25" flanged metal piece that's part of the clutch assembly. When the clutch is disassembled to mount the top cymbal, this piece would be mounted on the bottom half under the lower cymbal felt. Having that part would help in tightening the cymbal within the clutch.

This washer came on mine. Not sure if it's the right one but they seem alot like the ones under the cymbals on stands?
