The spring cleaning has begun! I've got a couple of 9x13 Slingerland rack toms from the 70s that I purchased some time ago but never used. I've decided to move them on to help fund some of my current projects. The first one (pics included) comes with its original Stick-Saver hoops, Sound King lugs, Set-O-Matic mount, and Black & Silver Niles Badge with Serial Number 143426. The interior shell is stamped with a black "M" and has wooden reinforcement rings. Although the drum is factory-drilled for a tone control the tone control is missing. The rims show some scuffs and surface rust. The batter side head currently on the drum is an EVANS Genera G2. Bottom side head is a very worn REMO Weather King pinstripe. I'm hoping to get $100 for the drum plus shipping. I've only got a couple pics of the second tom, which I'll post in my follow-on listing. The finish on the 2nd tom is really nice. However, I've got a feeling that the grommet was tampered with sometime before I purchased the drum. The second tom also has the tone control included.
