I've got two Slingerland 9x13 shells that have been sitting around here for years and it doesn't look like I'll be using them anytime soon. Each shell has a Slingerland badge installed and each shell has a dozen Sound King lugs installed.

Based on the condition of the grommet on one of the shells, it's obvious that the badge either isn't original or that it's been removed and re-installed. It's tougher for me to determine whether the badge on the second shell was ever removed. The grommet appears to be in pretty good shape.

I'm asking $25 plus shipping for each shell. The five pics attached with this post are from the shell with the better grommet. The serial number on the badge is 143426. I'll submit a separate post including pics of the second shell with the re-installed grommet and badge. The serial number on that badge is 176499. You'll see that both shells have been treated by the prior owners. The finish on the first shell is somehwhat lighter than that on the second. The second shell also seems to appear somewhat glossier than the first. Both appear slightly darker in the pics than they do when viewed in person.
