Hey everyone!

I picked this one up with hopes of having a nice true vintage kit to keep for a while, but a recent lawn mower failure is leaving me to prioritize a bit. The bass drum is the only one badged/grommeted. The tom and bass drum are labeled Jan 66, and the 14 floor is labeled Dec 65. The 12 has two extra holes where the diamond plate was repaired long ago. They would be hidden with a new one, but I know that drops the value a bit. The bass drum has one none original hoop, and 8 of the t's and claws are later year Slingerland. The floor is mostly untouched, and all of the muffler parts are there. there are a few spots on the chrome that aren't perfect, and the correct bass drum hoop is missing most of the inlay. I got these for a decent price, so if you would like to shoot me a PM I will entertain most offers. Sorry to not put up a price, but I did a little looking, and these have been all over the place for pricing recently. I prefer Paypal Only, lower 48 states only sales.

As a point of reference, a Slingerland silver sparkle kit with a 12,16,20, very clean and all original had a bin for $795 or best offer. They took the best offer, which was probably around $600. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the input guys! I hope to make a pretty quick sale with these, and I wanted to try here before e-bay. I know not putting up a price can really hinder some from even trying...All I can say is. You won't offend. I don't want to narrow the lookers. Sometimes it seems too low and people think there is a problem, and too high and people don't even offer. I haven't put in the elbow grease yet, but these drums will be SWEET all shined up and re-headed. Thanks all for looking!!!

The kit has extra holes, an unoriginal hoop and it's a Slingerland, go check ebay, I didn't make up the rules. He's asking for offers, so going by what I see, I think $600 is about right.

Thanks to you all for the input. I am busy for the rest of the day today, but I will get a few more pictures posted up this weekend. I do have one standing offer I am inclined to accept. I will get more detailed with some interior pics etc....
