12 Slingerland small tom lugs came off a duco black and gold orphaned tom stamped inside "M" Feb, 64. The shell was trash but I saved the lugs and hoops for a project that apparently I'm never getting around to. Hoops are heavy duty stick savers 12" six holes. Really nice condition. Just one tiny chip out of chrome on one hoop at very edge. Overall, would make any restoration project proud. No screws. Lugs are 1 1/2" center to center.
