The first Sound Kings had no lines and they are COB.

The Festivals are listed as COB until '73, and have no lines.

I had a 10 lug with no lines. It was steel. I don't know about 8 lugs though. It's not here for me to test. It's a 6.5x14.

Festivals and Sound Kings were available in the Niles era with 8 or 10 lugs... COB
