Bought this kit on E-Bay as a 62 Slingerland Maple kit. The wrap had been removed and the drums stained and varnished. The bass and tom are indeed Slingerlands from 1962 but the floor tom is Japanese from who knows when. I did get a partial refund. Tama leg brackets, heads are worthless, hardware and chrome are good. Does this have any value cause I don't want it? Seems like the hardware might be worth more than the shell.

You can expect up to 50 bucks depending on condition for the floor.

I'd agree with Wayne, $50 maximum + reasonable shipping/handling to someone needing a MIJ FT for a player. It appears to be in pretty good shape, and I've found most serious buyers/players put their own new heads on used drums anyway.
To a reseller, though, maybe $25-30 range (+ shipping).
I'm glad you got a partial refund. Kinda makes you wonder if the seller KNEW it was different and just hoped to get by with it... or maybe the seller didn't have a clue. Hard tellin' I guess.
