Small Knob for 60's Muffler Last viewed: 2 hours ago

So, was curious if just the knob from the muffler ever becomes available or am I going to have to buy the entire muffler? My black & gold badge SK has COS hoops and large knob muffler...both I thought were from the black & silver badge era. It has a 131xxx s/n, which I thought would put it somewhere around '67/'68.

Any thoughts?

Have you ever heard of a little bitty Internet place called eBay? Sorry for being condescending and facetious. Things like that knob are almost always being sold by people on eBay. I have probably bought a half dozen of them in the past couple of years. Just search for Slingerland parts.

Better yet, there are several members here who specialize in small parts sales. My friend Blair is one good guy from whom I have bought this same item.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.
