Certainly doesn't look like any of the Stone drums I've come across. I'm thinking more like Duplex or Wurlitzer. Or Pepper, or Ditson, or one of the other jobbers of the day.

Judging by the snare strainer, it looks like an old Duplex. I have an old Duplex single head snare (gut under the head) that has a strainer with the same "Fan" top.
