Hi again!

Of course this is a matter of taste issue.

What it works better for me is the Puresound Blaster 20 strand or even the Equalizer model (16 = 8+8), always with the blue factory cable I.M.H.O.

If you are looking for a more "Buzz -Bonham sound" (yeah I know, such a mystic point ) you can go towards 32 strands as well....

Scott - I want to put in another vote for the Puresound Equalizers. (split snares 8+8) They eliminate extraneous snare buzz and they really sound great on metal shelled snares. I have a set on my Ludwig hammered bronze and on my KS Supra. To each his own, but I like the sound. Good response too.
