The devil is in the details. There were later snares that looked a lot like the later import ones, but they're very different.

Pics needed.

Guessing, with that serial number and those sizes, you have a Taiwanese HSS Era set.

That particular serial number is post Niles early 90's (probably imports). Rich is right, pictures or more info needed.

That serial number appears to be literally "off the chart" so that makes it harder to tell the possible year of construction. The original Slingerland company went under in the late 80's so you may have a drum that was constructed thereafter. Gretsch initially bought the name and made various Slingerland branded drums for about a decade. Eventually the name was sold to Gibson, who retain it to this day. I'm guessing that your drum comes from one of these later incarnations of the name, which can be good or, perhaps, not so good depending on when and where it was built. Some of these drums were built overseas in Taiwan and/or China. Those aren't necessarily bad sounding drums but not what most people are looking for in a Slingerland drum.

I have a snare drum that is in the same configuration as yours (4x14, 16 lugs, Zoomatic throw off) . Outwardly it looks like a "made in USA" drum but inside there is a small sticker with oriental writing on it which gives away its true origins. Still a nice drum (Although the lugs tend to pull off the shell for some reason, something I haven't bothered to fix yet). I'm not saying that yours is the same, just that such Slingerland branded drums do exist (mine is pictured below).

Is the badge a silver oval like the one in the picture you posted of a similar drum? If it's a gold cloud shaped badge then you probably have a Nashville or Conway (Ark.) Gibson made drum which would be a good thing.

Pictures and further info on the other drums in the set would go a long way towards helping us nail down what you have exactly.

If you look at the late '80s and '90s badges in the Slingerland badge section, both examples of HSS Era badges have serial numbers beginning with 90.
