How hard is it to find a NEW 20" BD?

I have a 12 by 15 I just got,and this 12" would be cool to have to make a jass <(old spelling of jazz) kit........

Could be wrong, but looking at the 3rd picture in, it seems like the bearing edge is splintered or the ply is separating.

I just hate it when people who have no idea of what they have, tries to sell something or in that case think there is nothing wrong with the way they handle something like that. What even more makes me upset is I don't have nearly the money or the space to rescue stuff like this from people like that :)
