Sound king lug problem Last viewed: 4 hours ago

Hi guys,

I got this very nice slingerland sound king that has a little issue...

1 lug won't take a t-rod anymore!

it screws in till a certain point and than it just gets loose.

so the tread is busted...

How can I fix this?

Is putting on another lug the only option?

'cause I don't know where to find only one slingy lug :s

and another question,

What head will sound best on it?

a coated emperor, a coated ambasador or a fyberskyn A??

thanks

D.

Get a lug nut (swivel nut) from a music store or the internet...no need to replace the lug itself. I'd go with a coated Ambassador. I have Aquarian's equivalent on mine and it sounds great!
