Recently got this speed king pedal and was wondering if this black cushion on the bottom is original to the pedal or something that was added by someone. Doesn't look like it has ever been used and has the original box as well. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks longjohn, I thought it was but every time I see one on ebay it is missing. Just saw one in mint condition with the box sell for over $300 on ebay and it didn't have the padding on the base.

$300 is too much. Yours looks great. I sent my WFL to Bill Fulton and he brought it back to it's original look and feel. Use it all the time. Congrats. there's nothing like 'em.
