It's probably a MIJ and guessing from the flat base, mid to late 60's

I concur with Backbeatkeeper. The hi-hat stand looks cool.
I had a Speed Pedal (made by Pearl) that came with my Tor O Dor kit that I got used in 1976. I picked up an extra one recently with some other gear that I will probably throw on craigslist.
