Larry,
I have the same snare with serial number 1169125. It turned out to be a 1976 or close to that. Mine has the pointy edge blue/olive badge, if this helps. I believe the rounded edge blue/olive badge designates a newer year.

the original super-sensitive was manufactured from 1929-1935. in 1961, when William F. Ludwig got his company back from Conn, he re-intruduced a drum similar to the super-ludwig of the 20's and 30's and renamed it the super-sensitive. in 1971, the drum got another complete overhaul, notorious because the strainer didn't work on many models.
