The piece that fits through the lower connecting rod, that the pedal straps attach to...

One available? The threads on this are pretty shaky. It works, but....

Speaking of. There should be a nut for the adjusting screw on the bottom. Mine's missing, so I don't even know what to look for. Ideas?
