Hi Guys,

Sorry this took so long but as promised here is a picture of the finished marching snare proudly wearing the badge Superclassic was kind enough to donate. A special thanks goes to Billnvick for selling us the drum for next to nothing and sending the extra lugs to repair it at no charge.

It took a little longer than I expected repairing the bearing edges and restoring the cover but it worked out great and sounds fantastic!!!

It had its first showing this weekend and was the hit of the day!! Thanks to both of you for helping me to be able to show a lot of upcoming young drummers a piece of great vintage Ludwig marching equipment and hopefully get a few converts for our marching band.

Billnvick hang on to the matching bass drum.I'm trying to work out a way to to give it a good home. I will keep you all posted. Both of you are truly two of the "good Guys" of this forum along with many others that always offer their help and support to us newbees out here .Hope you all enjoy the pictures.
