The Ventures, a rock band from the 50’s and 60's, had a hit song called ”Walk, Don't Run."

Their original 17 year old drummer left after 8 months and went into the Air Force.

He's now a four star General. He came back to play with them again, in uniform......

I have a mosrite ventures guitar, love this band. Also Simi Mosley had his guitar shop set up not far from my house here in North Carolina.

Yes - very cool video! I've loved that tune from day one. I have to say that growing up in the late 50's and being a teen in the 60's was great. We didn't really know back then how lucky we were. Even my grown-up (in their 20's) daughters often say how fantastic it must have been to grow up in the 50's and early 60's.
