Thinking of buying this kit Last viewed: 12 minutes ago

Hello,

I'm thinking of picking this 1966 kit up but I'm not sure what I should offer. I know nothing about Slingerland "Stage Band" kits. I've owned a couple Club dates but I'm not sure how these compare value wise.

This kit is all original and comes with all you see and cases.

I would appreciate any guidance.

Thanks!

How much?

Those are hard to find!

I had a WMP one once...sent it to England to Steve White...

He bought it for his kid!

I saw that kit, hard to say what their value is. Slingerland drums are much lower in the price scheme of things. Nice color, rare model, cymbals and hardware including cases, matching snare, maybe $1000?? Don't want to offend anyone, just the way I see it.

Cymbal on top of the BD looks interesting!

They want $1300 which seems like too much for this kit. It's nice but I don't know.

IMHO, They would be worth $1200.00 easy, #1 They are relatively uncommon and with the matching snare drum. Also you get the Cymbals and Cases? The set looks like a keeper and if its all original with no mods and perfect bearing edges ...How many sets have you seen like this in the last 10 years?

Well, if it's real nice, no more than $1200, but you would have to consider shipping, now your closer to the $1300 dollar mark!!

Those are nice drums. But I had a set of those posted for sale here and elsewhere awhile back and had trouble moving them. If you're thinking you would resell them, I would be looking for a much lower price.
