You don't see this every day it looks like there's a full kit to go with it huge snare full trap I think it is a set from early 1900's

Not only is it a cool head but, from a historical point of interest, The Knights Templar go back centuries! Intrigue. Speculation. Always fascinating! If interested, read "Holy Blood, Holy Grail". The book is a good starting point.

I suspect that the "Knights Templar" referred to on that drumhead had less to do with the The Holy Blood, The Holy Grail Knights Templar than the "Rogers" drums sold under the Island Music ownership had to do with the Rogers drums sold prior to 1983.

Yeah, you're probably right , Erik but, the Knights did evolve into different modern organizations. Masons. Shriners. Even the clowns we know today as modern Shriners. At any rate, intriguing.
