The seller says the drums "may" need some cosmetic work.Is the scotch tape included?DOH

Yes true, in the right hands it will come to life. Now with the upholstery type of badge doesn't that tom date in the early 50's and the tom mount would be in the 60's.. ??

The tom mount looks to be a Slingerland. Rough shape, could be a great players kit.
