Three Wingscrews - Gretsch Last viewed: 2 hours ago

I need three large wingscrews that fit the Gretsch Diamond Legplates - I would prefer the older ones - 40's / 50's (they have a slimmer profile) but the Gretsch 60's legplate wingscrews will also fit.

Steve Maxwell has the reproductions if you wanted to go that route

I have a reproduction on the L arm bracket of my round badge and it looks exactly like the other original wing screws on the kit

I'll check it out. Ya - I've bought some reproduction Gretsch parts there in the past - didn't think about checking there first.

WOW! $31 (the shipping only!) to ship three wingscrews from Steve Maxwell's store to me in Canada.

Now this is getting excessive. I'm not blaming Steve - it has to do with some way they have their mailing system is set up - gotta be a mistake there. A USPS small FlatRate box to me is always only $14.95 the last time I checked.

I'll hold out for the real ones on eBay.
