1. Don't think we're talkin' about a supra and who's trying to fool anyone? He want's to put a bottom head on the 13 and get rid of the 14, 15, and 18....sounds like he wants to go with a 13,16,22, traditional set up. You think the tenor player is gonna turn around and say... "man, you sound great!.. but the tom mount is off center and the badge is upside down".

2. Is there anything wrong with 6 ply?

3. 20s and 30s party kits??? Come on man!

4. You wanna talk about greed and drums? Do you know what ebay is?

I'm done....gotta pack for the gig. Don't hate me OddBall but tonight I'm using a converted 16X18 FT as a BD from my 1975 Sonor Phonic kit. Happy New Year! and Peace.

The guy was gonna get a Quadra without the Supra for a decent price, I just wanna put some say into destroying another vintage kit. Go easy on me for that !!

I guess there are three ply toms but I`m not sure that thickness is enough to get the bang and response outta a C-Tom !! They could be thick though !!

I gots news for ya,...all ya gotta do is lay that FT down,. put a pedal on and ...Bang Bang,..without changeing a thing !! BTDT !! Never saw one reason to .."convert it" !! But another one bites the dust !! I hold no grudges against people doing what they please with their drums !!

It`s a drum,.....Hit It !!
