If anyone can help me out could you please tell me how should I tune my drums since I'm using microphones I play in a medium size church and Idk if I should deaden the heads or what

What kind and what size drums are we talking about?
How big is the room at church? High ceilings? etc.
How many guys in the band and which instruments are being used?
Do you need more volume, or less?
