Wish I could see the badges better! Sweet old, Mahogany drums. Looks like a 15" 12-lug snare.

I absolutely LOVE big pipe organs! There's something about the sound, especially the mid-range and bass notes, that just grabs me. I was so glad to see this one restored! There aren't many great ones left.

You have to hear the one at St.John The Divine in Manhattan. The sound of that instrument goes right through your body. It's a memorable experience just to hear it.

I was enthusing to the lead trumpet in the orchestra after a Christmas concert this past year about the pipe organ and what a ball it is to play in the middle of all that glorious sound.
