Found some old parts and having trouble identifying where they go, and/or which company (with the exception of the Slingerland part). Is there anybody who knows where this Slingerland part goes, what company the spurs are from, and what these other pieces are (if they are even drum related?) Thanks in advance for any information

All I recognize for sure is the circa 1970 Star tom mount.

Yep, teverson-sr is absolutely correct about the Star mount! As for the other pieces, I'd only be guessing.
