Unusual Ludwig club date Last viewed: 51 seconds ago

My iPad will only do one pic at a time and my iPhone will never post pics. I always have to go to my MacBook if I want to post 5 at once. Great find by the way. Admirable thing to do to at least give her a $100.

Good luck with them.

Great find a great story to go with it. Congrats on those. That's about as late as I've seen those particular mounts with the threaded castings. Very neat!

Too cool! Good on you for paying her anything, too.

So someone added the center post mount. Was the post tom mount with them ?

What were the odds of you passing by at the exact time she was putting those cymbals out and you being a drummer. Some kind of cosmic karma going on. That wrap has faded from something. The hoop inlays look they might be silver sparkle. Unbelieveable all the hoops and legs, etc. we're there. They look in good shape. Clean them up and play them. Did you get a back story on the drums ? Want to see some pics when you clean and set them up.

Will do Vibes, going to put the rail back on and make a plate. Hopefully work on it this week. This is not a wrap but paint which I think was originally black laquer. The hoop inlays are silver sparkle and still not sure if I like it with the finish. I will see when it is together.

Also have the double mount and a non serial 13" I forgot to mention. It is done in same finish but doesn't match because it is all chrome.

It really looks like original blue sparkle that faded into a nice aqua sparkle..

Can you see the original lacquer underneath ? Check bearing edge interiors. Sometimes

if it is a paint job you can spot sloppy dribbles..

Whatever the case--

1- Awesome find !

2- Awesome finish !

3- Awesome price !

4- AWESOME LUCK !! Congrats on your newly found treasure ;)

Sure doesn't look like paint in the pics. I would wrap them in something really nice. A sparkle or Pearl.
