Value of 30's Slingerland Artist Last viewed: 1 hour ago

Hi there!

I stumbled on this pretty Slingerland artist model from the late 20s/early30s.

I think it's faded silver or gold sparkle.

Are these artist models collectible? What are they worth?

Cheers!

Nice drum. Faded Gold glass glitter wrap, my guess. Wondering about the holes also. Could you post a picture of the strainer?

Thanks

Creighton

Nothing special here but I like them.

I'd have to ask the seller for more pictures. The strainer doesn't look like a 30's 3-point but rather a 50's with the diamond cutout..

Very nice and collectible 1930's Sparkling Silver Artist Model drum. The strainer is 1940's but correct parts could be replaced. The extra holes are not good but the fact that the original Harold R. Todd muffler is intact is a bonus.

The seller asks 6500 Danish Krone, which is about 975 USD.

I live in the Netherlands so shipping costs and import duties are negligible.

Is this a good deal?
