Vintage 60's Gretsch Round Badge 'Progressive Jazz' outfit 12/14/20 + 4"x14" max roach snare in original champagne sparkle -

this kit is in excellent shape, very clean, sounds and plays great. no extra holes or modifications, full bass drum inlays, great interiors and original edges.

a few things to point out

-it seems the kit was ordered without a pratt muffler, instead the original buyer opted for an internal double ended dampener (see pics 4 + 5) to be installed.

- the original owner added 2 squares of shell protecting foam to the back of the 12" tom to avoid snare rash. good idea, although he affixed the foam directly to the shell, causing no fade in that area of the wrap (see pic 7)

- the snare is the cleanest piece of the kit with a slightly more vibrant shimmer to the champagne sparkle.

- the original floor tom legs should be arriving soon, for now it is outfitted with aftermarket legs.

all in all this set is gorgeous and sounds incredible tuned up or down. a real winner!
