This auction is for a set of vintage 1970's era Ludwig 6" & 8" Stainless Steel Bongo Drums, meticulously restored using the original hardware. The bearing edges on both drums are in excellent condition, and the drums are perfectly "in round" - the new heads fit snugly without any resistance. The auction also includes the Ludwig bongo drum mounting bracket and block, which allows the drums to be mounted on a Ludwig clip mount stand. Considering the age (30+ years), excellent condition and extreme rarity of these drums, the asking price is considerably less than their market value. This set of bongo drums was the crown ***el of my Ludwig stainless steel drum collection, and will be a worthy addition to the collection of the next drummer who owns them.
